House Rules

Know Your Guest ID verification must be completed promptly after booking or may result in cancellation.

• No Pets
• No Parties or Events
• No Smoking
• No 3rd party rentals (don’t rent our home from us and then rent it to someone else)
• No Fireworks or Camp Fires
• No Cascarones (confetti eggs used around Easter, considered litter!)

Violation of house rules will result in a penalty fee and your removal from the property.

House Basics

Check in is at 4pm on your check in day. A code will be provided via email that will go effective at check in time for the front door lock. There is no physical key.

Check out time is at 11am on the day of checkout. Please follow the check out instructions found in the binder at the house.

Appliances and pots/pans/plates/utensils, etc are provided at the house and there is an HEB grocery store nearby along with restaurants.

Pool and hot tub instructions can be found in the binder on site.

Parking should not be on the grass or neighbor’s property, there is plenty of space in the covered driveway and in front of the railroad ties on the gravel for multiple cars.

Additional Fees

Additional fees may be assessed after your stay for damage or for leaving a mess (such as not completing your checkout checklist). There will also be a penalty fee for violating house rules.

Maximum Stay

Your stay expires at checkout time on your checkout day. Remaining on site after your stay is considered trespassing.

Maximum stay for any guest shall be 29 days.
