Yes, there are a variety of sizes for kids and adults in the pool shed.
There should be enough room front to back in the driveway to park a boat trailer, or sideways in front of the railroad ties.
No, the water by our property is too shallow for anything larger than a Kayak.
We do not allow fires on the property. There are frequent burn bans in Llano county due to fire risk, making open fires a class C misdemeanor with a fine. That said, the charcoal grill out back has been used for s’mores plenty!
We have a drip maker as well as a single serving Keurig machine. We normally have Folgers Grounds and coffee filters but can’t guarantee they will be stocked. We do not provide K cups.
Yes, you should have everything you need to serve a meal. We’ve even got a few kids cups with covers to reduce spills!
Each bed will have clean sheets and the bathroom will have towels for each guest. Pool/Beach towels are located in the laundry room. Please do not use the white towels at the pool or lake. We do NOT provide sheets for the pack’n play.
We use a WiFi 6 mesh system to blanket the property. Login information can be found under the TV in the living room. Speed is about 200mbps, which according to the internet, is enough to stream ultra-HD on 8 devices simultaneously.
Yes! We keep it in the pool shed. If one of them is empty please let us know so we can make sure the spare is refilled. Both HEB and Ace Hardware will exchange propane tanks if they’re both empty (unfortunately sometimes people leave them open).
We have updated high end appliances. There is a gas stove and oven, electric toaster, toaster oven, warming drawer, microwave, and more refrigerator space than you could ever need. There is also a propane grill with supplied propane.
There is a propane grill with 3 burners. Cooking utensils and propane are supplied. There is an open charcoal grill in the back of the property by the pool, but we do not supply charcoal.
The crib is a pack’n play, please note there are not sheets for the pack n play so bring your own! Typically it is located in the closet of the second bedroom, but check all of the closets as it sometimes moves between guests.
Trash is picked up on Tuesday mornings, please make sure the cans are by the road Monday night. Don’t place loose items on or between the cans as they will blow away.
